Status with regard to content published by users

Short links, the destinations to which they redirect and online business cards are created by users, without prior review of their content by the publisher, apart from the automatic checks described in the terms of use. For this content, Digital Green Capital acts as a hosting provider within the meaning of article 6-I-2 of the LCEN and article 6 of the Digital Services Act: it can only be held liable if, having become aware of the manifestly unlawful nature of content, it has not acted promptly to remove it or disable access to it.

Reporting unlawful content

Any unlawful content accessible through raccour.ci (short link, business card) can be reported through the report form, which allows you to indicate the content concerned, the reasons why it is considered unlawful and, if you wish, your contact details. The procedure is detailed in the terms of use.

Child sexual abuse, terrorist or hate-inciting content can also be reported to the French authorities on internet-signalement.gouv.fr (Pharos). Fraudulent text messages can be reported by forwarding them to 33700. To get help after an online scam: cybermalveillance.gouv.fr.

Reminder: presenting content to a hosting provider as unlawful in order to obtain its removal or to stop its distribution, while knowing this information to be inaccurate, is punishable by one year of imprisonment and a fine of 15,000 euros (article 6-I-4 of the LCEN).

Intellectual property

The structure of the website, its texts, guides, FAQ, graphic elements, logo and code are the property of Digital Green Capital or are used under authorization. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited, except within the limits provided for by the French Intellectual Property Code (in particular short quotations with mention of the source). The typefaces used (Geist, Bricolage Grotesque) are distributed under the free SIL Open Font License.

The QR codes you generate with the website's tools belong to you and may be used freely, including for commercial purposes. "QR Code" is a registered trademark of Denso Wave Incorporated.
