How can I see where a short link goes without clicking it?+
Paste it on this page. We follow every redirect for you (bit.ly, TinyURL, raccour.ci, campaign links…) all the way to the final page, whose name is shown in large type, without the link ever opening in your browser.
How do I check if a link is dangerous?+
Every address along the way is checked against the Google Safe Browsing list of phishing and malware sites. We also flag suspicious signs: a site without an encrypted connection, a raw IP address, a domain name that imitates a brand, or a site that talks about a payment or a fine.
Is a link marked as safe always trustworthy?+
No. A very recent phishing site may not be known yet. Always look at the name of the final website: if it does not match the organization contacting you, do not enter any information.
What does cleaning a link do?+
Many links carry tracking parameters (utm_, fbclid, gclid…) that feed ad networks. The cleaned link opens the same page without those parameters: shorter, tidier and more private to share.
